During our workshops, the equivalent to gymnastics sessions for the mind, the participants become acutely aware of how they operate individually and collectively through a constant"mirror effect" and can then make their self-diagnosis and find a new meaning to their commitment to work within the group.
Collectively the participants develop a common language that enables them to communicate more directly, authentically and to name problems as they are for improvement of teamwork.
Individually each participant is led to make decisions, to generate clear questions and argumented objections and clarify thinking of others. Gradually each participant produces its own thinking and contributes to addressing an issue or solving a problem.
